Glenn
Kelly, Ph.D., is a psychologist with a Doctorate in
behavioural psychology. From 2001 to 2009 he worked
as a behaviour consultant and research co-ordinator
with a Victorian statewide service that specialised
in acquired brain injury and challenging behaviour.
Throughout 2009 he co-ordinated a large regional ABI
Project. He currently works with Diverge Consulting,
a charitable organisation specialising in brain injury
and behaviour change. In this role Glenn works with
clients, families, and service providers affected
by neurobehavioural disorder. His clinical work involves
direct therapeutic approaches with clients, psychoeducation
and training for families and support staff, and tertiary
advice regarding service development. He works in
many environments including family homes, supported
residential services, aged care facilities, prison,
and across public and private funding systems.
